Advising client Stokex on the establishment of an international fund and management company. We provided legal services in designing the fund’s operating model, setting up the management company, drafting the investment strategy, forming the international fund structure, managing the project and providing services to the project’s foreign partners in order to ensure the client’s ability to attract professional investors from jurisdictions around the world
