Prevence law firm’s attorney, Andželika Buivydė, represented a client operating in the construction restoration sector in defending their interests in a public procurement process. The contracting authority had unlawfully included the client in the list of suppliers who provided false information and, on this basis, excluded them from the procurement procedures.

In representing the client’s interests, we prepared a claim to the contracting authority, examining the legality of its decisions. The contracting authority acknowledged its mistake, revoked the decisions, and the client was successfully reinstated in the public procurement process.
