In memoriam Edgaras Margevičius (1991–2025)

Edgaras was the founder of Prevence – a lawyer, strategist, and a person whose vision became the foundation of our firm.
He built a team grounded in trust, responsibility, and genuine human connection. His belief was simple: success is not a coincidence – it grows from work that has heart and purpose.

Today, that philosophy defines our direction. His values remain at the core of Prevence – responsibility, respect, humanity, and the conviction that true results are born where there is trust.

This page is maintained in honor of his work, his ideas, and the spirit that continues to live within Prevence.

Biography

Edgaras’s legal career began in 2011, when he joined one of the leading law firms in the Baltics.
That was the beginning of a journey that later led to Prevence – a firm he founded himself and infused with a clear sense of direction and purpose.

Throughout his career, Edgaras worked closely with businesses in many capacities – as a board member, strategic advisor, and lawyer.
His strength lay in his ability to combine legal precision with strategic business thinking.

He specialized in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, private and venture capital, and actively advised participants in the startup ecosystem.
