Gintarė is a solicitor inspired by the philosophy that every step, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in achieving long-term goals. With a commitment to delivering top-quality legal services, she focuses on prevention and efficiency, aiming to empower her clients to achieve optimal business outcomes.

With over 11 years of legal experience, Gintarė specializes in corporate, contract, and real estate law. She brings extensive expertise in drafting notarial documents and managing notarial processes, particularly in complex company formation both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Gintarė provides strategic counsel on corporate governance matters.

During her tenure at Prevence, Gintarė has developed a deep understanding of start-ups, gaining insights into their unique challenges and legal requirements. She also offers advisory services on intellectual property issues, including trademark and design registration.
