Prevence welcomes new senior associates: Simonas Milašius and Gabrielė Šinkonė

Some milestones are recognized not by a new line in a job title, but by everyday reality – when you see colleagues who have long since crossed that line and become strong, independent professionals.

Today we mark such a stage officially: Simonas Milašius and Gabrielė Šinkonė are becoming Prevence senior associates.

Simonas is the backbone of our team when it comes to complex, cross-jurisdictional commercial contracts. In his client work, he regularly handles IT and e-commerce projects – from technology agreements and licensing arrangements to matters involving intellectual property transfers, platform restrictions, consumer rights, or advertising regulation. In addition, Simonas actively works on corporate matters, advising companies on internal regulatory issues. In the field of data protection, he helps clients move from theoretical GDPR requirements to practice – conducting risk analyses, preparing necessary documentation, and implementing action plans so that compliance works in reality, not just “on paper.”

Gabrielė is our family law attorney, the one people turn to with their most sensitive issues. Divorce, division of marital assets, child support or custody arrangements, paternity disputes, guardianship, or adoption – in all these situations, Gabrielė supports clients from the very first consultation, and, when necessary, in the courtroom. She helps craft a legal strategy, prepares clients mentally, and becomes a steady pillar when the process demands patience. Beyond family law, Gabrielė has also gained experience in employment law – drafting employment agreements and related documents, assessing compliance with labor law, and representing clients in employment and other commercial disputes, where she is able to assertively defend her clients’ interests.
