Complex legal solutions in the logistics sector – Venipak x Prevence

Today, we would like to introduce one of our long-term clients – Venipak. Venipak is the only Lithuanian-capital parcel delivery company in Lithuania that has grown over two decades into an international logistics service provider.

Venipak currently operates across the Baltic states, offering a wide range of services – from door-to-door parcel delivery and fulfillment solutions to a rapidly expanding parcel locker network. This infrastructure enables businesses to grow, operate more efficiently, and reach their customers exactly where they are needed. In Lithuania alone, more than 400 Venipak parcel lockers are already in operation, with continuous network expansion underway.

“Speed of decision-making and trust are the two things we expect from our partners. Legal support in business should not be an obstacle – it should enable growth. That is why we value Prevence as a partner who stands by us both in day-to-day decisions and at strategic turning points,”
Andrius L., CEO of Venipak.

We advise Venipak on the following key areas:

Corporate matters and commercial transactions

Venipak’s operations involve dozens of contracts with clients, suppliers, partners, and technology providers. We work with agreements related to parcel transportation, parcel storage, fulfillment services, terminal usage, and technological solutions. Our team also reviews and adapts commercial terms, and represents the client throughout all stages of negotiations with major international brands.

Corporate structure and group governance

Venipak is a growing corporate group, and we continuously support the development of its corporate structure, governance model, and international arrangements. We advise on structural optimization, allocation of powers, and the application of internal rules across different jurisdictions.

Employment law and executive relationship management

We advise Venipak on a wide range of employment law matters, with particular focus on C-level executive relationships, temporary employment, internal work regulations, and confidentiality agreements. Our involvement includes both contract drafting and the handling of sensitive situations, such as termination of employment or workplace misconduct. We work closely with HR and management to ensure that solutions are not only legally sound, but also sustainable in the long term.

Data protection – beyond documentation, a safeguard for reputation

In the logistics and e-commerce sectors in which Venipak operates, data flows are intensive, sensitive, and often involve multiple systems and jurisdictions.

Our team acts as Venipak’s Data Protection Officer (DPO). This includes not only preparing and maintaining the necessary documentation, but also providing ongoing advice on the processing of customer and partner data, video surveillance, parcel locker information systems, shipment tracking data, limits on employee data processing, legal basis and proportionality, as well as drafting responses to data subject requests and inquiries from supervisory authorities.

These are just some of the areas in which we work closely with the Venipak team. This partnership is a clear example of how law can serve as an ally in a fast-moving, dynamic business environment.
