We developed an employee motivation system for UAB „MEPCO“

We have developed an employee motivation system for UAB MEPCO.

The main element of this system was additional leave, which was given to employees as a loyalty reward. This meant that long-serving employees could enjoy longer holidays, encouraging their long-term loyalty to the company.
