DHL has reached an agreement to acquire the Venipak Group across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Major M&A transactions begin long before a Share Purchase Agreement is signed. Their success depends not only on the final negotiations but also on how effectively the entire sale process is planned, managed and executed.
DHL has reached an agreement to acquire the Venipak Group across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Subject to regulatory approvals, Venipak will become part of DHL eCommerce and its local infrastructure will be integrated into DHL’s global logistics network.
Venipak is one of the largest independent logistics companies in the Baltic States. The Group operates approximately 800 parcel lockers, while its EBITDA reached EUR 12.4 million in 2025. According to its strategic plan, revenue in the Baltic States is expected to exceed EUR 100 million in 2026.
