For our client Venipak Lietuva, UAB, we drafted a description of an employee motivation system
For our client Venipak Lietuva, UAB we prepared a description of the employee motivation system, which regulates the system of monetary bonuses for the work performed, the system of calculation of holidays, and the presentation of the system to the employees (sales managers). The main element of the motivational system was a detailed description of the components of the bonus, as the bonus depends on both the individual performance of the employee and the overall team and company performance.
