Advised on the establishment of a legal entity in the PEB and AIEB status

We advised on the establishment of a legal entity for the purpose of obtaining the status of a Citizens’ Energy Community (CEC) as a Renewable Energy Community (REC), provided recommendations on the choice of the legal form of the legal entity, drafted the incorporation and other additional documents in the process of establishing a legal entity in the form of a notarial deed of incorporation, and on behalf of the client, we submitted the application to the State Energy Regulatory Office for the purpose of obtaining the status of a REC.
