We successfully implemented a complex project focused on the defense of father’s rights

We successfully handled a complex legal matter focused on protecting the rights of a father and securing a workable contact arrangement with his child. Our client unexpectedly received court documents regarding paternity, although he had not been informed of the child’s existence prior to the proceedings. We immediately initiated the paternity recognition procedure, leading to the case being discontinued.

Several years later, the child’s mother initiated legal action seeking child support, despite the fact that the father had consistently and voluntarily provided financial support that met the child’s needs, including additional savings for the child’s future. We assisted the client in presenting a clear and legally sound position that there were no grounds for awarding child support, as ongoing support had been provided in accordance with legal standards.

The case also involved a dispute over contact arrangements. The mother sought to restrict the father’s involvement to limited and logistical interactions, excluding overnight stays or extended holiday time. We ensured that the court approved a realistic and enforceable contact schedule, allowing the father to maintain meaningful, regular contact and spend holidays with his child – fostering a genuine and lasting bond.

This case illustrates our commitment to protecting parental rights and promoting child-focused solutions in family law, while delivering strong legal representation in sensitive and complex matters.
