Represented the interests of a natural person, former head of a company, in an employment dispute
Successfully represented our client BnP Finance, UAB in a dispute against a former employee for misappropriation of confidential information. During an information security audit conducted at the client’s office, it was discovered that the former employee had downloaded customer-related data to her personal e-mail before termination of employment. The employee’s actions were in breach of work procedures and a confidentiality agreement. The dispute was settled amicably by the employee paying a fine and giving undertakings to destroy and not to use the downloaded confidential information.
