Ensuring Mark ID’s legal compliance in their area of operation
In order to ensure that Mark ID’s activities are in compliance with all governing legislation, we ensure the implementation of legal compliance in the area of their activities, in works such as the conclusion of convertible loans, share transfers, partnership agreements and other various types of contracts, in the coordination of the process of increasing the share capital, and in the preparation of the company’s internal documents (powers of attorney, shareholders’ and board resolutions). Representing Mark ID in its dealings with regulatory and supervisory authorities to ensure smooth compliance with the law.
