Representation of Commercial Property Owners in a Civil Case
We represented the owners of commercial premises located in a residential apartment building in a civil case, filing a claim against the apartment building owners’ association, the renovation project administrator, and other co-owners. The claim sought:
š¹ Recognition of the unlawfulness of the allocation of part of the renovation project costs to the plaintiffs and an obligation to recalculate renovation expenses.
š¹ Compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful delay in the renovation project.
š¹ Recognition of the unlawfulness of operating costs allocated by the apartment owners’ association for common area heating, hot water maintenance in stairwells, and stairwell lighting.
š¹ An obligation for the apartment owners’ association to issue a certificate to the plaintiffs.
š¹ An obligation to stop calculating and allocating stairwell lighting maintenance costs to the plaintiffs.
