We provide ongoing legal consultations to Sixteen Media on labor law issues.
We draft employment and service contracts for Sixteen Media employees and external service providers.
Additionally, we developed a confidentiality system for the client, which includes lists of confidential information and confidentiality agreements (NDAs) with employees and service providers. This system is essential for protecting the client’s business data and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Furthermore, we assisted the client in creating an employee stock option program, drafting the necessary documents and rules governing the granting and usage of stock options.
We also developed an incentive bonus system for the client, which includes descriptions and contract addendums that regulate the awarding of monetary bonuses to employees for achieving work performance goals.
