Advised Venipak on the acquisition of an e-commerce wholesaler

Advising Venipak, a Lithuanian-owned international parcel company, on its acquisition of Strengholt Entertainment B.V., a Dutch-based and Europe-wide wholesale e-commerce player.

The acquisition will enable the Venipak Group to further accelerate the development of efulfillment across Europe, Asia and the Americas. The transaction will also open up a basket of around 4 million high-end and premium products and provide an opportunity to expand into Amazon and other global platforms.

Prevention’s attorney and managing partner Edgaras Margevičius represented Venipak throughout the transaction on the relevant legal issues together with local partners Rens van Wieringhen Borski, Robert Van der Hauw.
