Advised Venipak on concluding a service agreement with Lietuvos paštas

We advised Venipak on the conclusion of a services agreement with Lietuvos Paštas concerning the company’s access to part of Lietuvos Paštas’ parcel locker network. The negotiations lasted over 1.5 years, during which complex competition and commercial law issues were addressed, taking into account the specific characteristics of the logistics industry.
