Drafting and submitting the client’s application for reimbursement of trademark registration fees to EUIPO, assessment of the client’s business specifics and alignment with the Nice Classification classes, conducting a search for similar trademarks in national and international patent registers, legal evaluation of the results, preparation and submission to the client of a detailed description of the goods and services classes to be registered, drafting and filing the trademark application with EUIPO, and process monitoring.
